Eric Czerniak

Eric Czerniak has over 20 years of experience in design 和 项目管理 serving both public 和 private sector clients. His expertise spans the transit, industrial, commercial, energy 和 l和 development sectors. Eric has been involved in all aspects of project development, from the feasibility study phase through to preparation of technical documentation including design drawings 和 specifications; permitting, licensing 和 approvals; tendering 和 award; contract administration; testing 和 commissioning 和 project close-out. He is experienced in leading teams representing IBI Group as the owner’s 工程师 和 架构师 which includes preparing the terms of reference; being the client’s technical advisor 和 representing different clients in the procurement 和 award of design 和 construction contracts. Eric is a team player 和 an effective communicator having managed multidisciplinary teams on projects delivered under different delivery methods including design-bid-build; design-build 和 AFP/P3. Eric is also a volunteer with the Professional Engineers Ontario, serving on a professional st和ards sub-committee for joint coordinating professionals.
